My name is Sarah Sparkman, I’ve been a cake decorator at several local bakeries for the last 7 years. A couple of years ago, I took a beginners clay class at Cafe Monet studio and absolutely fell in love with the art. Cake Shack has given me a way to combine my two favorite activities in life, cake decorating and sculpting!
