Katie grew up amongst the sandstone walls of northern Arizona and has had her hands deep in dirt all her life. She first fell in love with clay as a therapeutic outlet and enjoys creating small batches of pottery made with intention. Whether it’s a wall hanging made to showcase the wildflowers collected on a morning walk, a mug to enjoy a slow morning cup of coffee, or serving ware to cherish times together with our loved ones, Katie enjoys making pieces that play a role in our daily lives and will be appreciated for years to come. In addition to her own creative process, Katie loves sharing the world of clay with her community through hands-on workshops, where people can experience the joy of getting a little messy.
