I am an art educator and ceramic artist who creates both simple pottery and whimsical pieces. I embrace imperfections, often making heavy, rough vessels built for durability.  I aim to create work that invites people of all ages to feel like picking them up! While wheel and slab building are fun, I love the accessibility of hand building. I am best known for my textile piece The Hamburger Bed, I love creating across many mediums.
