Greater Austin Clay Artists is excited to announce our new Clay Mixer series! This new meetup series will give us an opportunity to gather and socialize at local community clay studios around Austin. Each meetup will have a theme, but it's primary focus will be for us to just network, have fun, and see our Austin clay studios!
Greater Austin Clay Artists is excited to announce our new Clay Mixer series! This new meetup series will give us an opportunity to gather and socialize at local community clay studios around Austin. Each meetup will have a theme, but it's primary focus will be for us to just network, have fun, and see our Austin clay studios!
As with all of our gatherings, EVERYONE is welcome! You do not need to be a member of GACA to attend.
Our inaugural Clay Mixer will be Friday, June 20th, 7:00-9:00pm, at Broad Studios Club House! This first mixer will be to hear from you all on themes you would like to have for future mixers. We will also be doing another supply exchange! So feel free to bring clay related supplies or tools that you just don't need anymore and exchange it with someone else for something new to you! This event is BYOB, but we will have some Saint Arnold's beer and root beer available from the studio tour, and we will be having a snacky potluck, so bring your favorite snack to share!

Broad Studios Club House is an educational ceramic studio in the heart of east Austin. We offer classes, Date Nights, memberships, workshops, private events, and more. Broad Studios Clubhouse is located at 727 Airport Blvd. The Studio is right off of Levander Loop near the Animal Center (look for the colorful fences). The parking lot is tight so please make sure to pull your vehicle up to the curb as much as you can. Please refer to the parking diagram below.
Please note, traffic can get backed up on Levander Loop near our entrance. You can always enter the parking lot via the Transit Union for easier access and feel free to park in their lot if ours is full.
