Ginger Hurst has been creating clay sculptures inspired by organic forms in nature. For over 30 years she has been particularly interested in seed pod forms as they hold the mystery of life‘s unfolding. She begins on the wheel and manipulates the peace to see how it wants to emerge. The interaction keeps ginger engaged as a participant, guiding the sculpture to its final form.
